Hi, I’m Whitney Manning—a Nutritionist in Washington State with a Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition from Bastyr University and a background in plant sciences. My approach is rooted in a deep appreciation for food—how it’s grown, how it nourishes us, and the role it plays in building healthier lives.

Alongside my private practice, I co-own Cutting Vedge Strategies, a local food systems consulting business dedicated to strengthening community-based agriculture and expanding access to fresh, local foods. This work shapes my belief that true wellness starts not only with what we eat, but also with how we connect to the sources of our food.
