From there, you can book a full 120-minute initial consultation to dive into your goals, health history, and personalized recommendations. Ongoing 60-minute or 30-minute follow-up sessions provide continued support, accountability, and adjustments to keep you moving forward.

Initial Nutrition Assessment (120 Minutes)

In this comprehensive first session, we’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, and nutrition goals in depth. You’ll receive personalized recommendations, clear goal-setting guidance, a custom weekly meal plan, and supportive resources to help you start strong and feel confident moving forward.
Follow-up Sessions (60 Minutes) or (30 Minutes)

These sessions are designed for ongoing support, accountability, and progress tracking. We’ll review what’s working, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. Each follow-up includes a new weekly meal plan and any updated resources to keep you feeling supported and motivated.
My services focus on practical nutrition guidance, individualized meal recommendations, and coaching to support your wellness journey. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and I encourage clients to consult their healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
